My Approach

Collaborative

UX design is a collaborative craft. One that blends storytelling, empathy, and usability. Kait’s goal is to create experiences that not only look great but feel intuitive and meaningful. She believes the best solutions come from working closely with users and teams to shape ideas into thoughtful, impactful designs.

Iterative

Design is never “done” and that’s what she loves about it. Kait embraces an iterative process that welcomes feedback, adapts to change, and evolves with each test and conversation. She treats every project as a living system, constantly learning from users and improving the experience.

Inclusive

She believes inclusive design starts with listening. She makes a priority to foster collaboration with diverse voices, both in teams and with users. Because she knows that innovation is strongest when built on varied perspectives and lived experiences.

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your needs, scope, and timeline (and if we'll make great collaborators).

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. (I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin).

  • Timelines vary by project, but I typically allocate up to 2 months for each client, with the option for an extension depending on my availability.
